Composition: Composed of nano zinc oxide, basic zinc carbonate and organic zinc salt.
Appearance: Grayish white or light yellow powder.
Nano zinc oxide: More than 40%

Application Information
Application: Curekind® Organic Zinc S70 is processed via a special wet process, featuring small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area and high activity. When added into rubber formulations, it can increase the crosslink density of the compound and endow it with excellent physical properties. It can improve the comprehensive performance of the compound, reduce wear loss and enhance wear resistance; it has a high elastic modulus and low hysteresis loss, and the retention rates of the tensile strength and elongation at break of the compound after hot air aging are significantly better than those of ordinary compounds. When added into rubber products, the curing speed remains unchanged, which can improve product quality and stability while reducing product costs.
Dosage: 3-10phr, which can equivalently replace traditional indirect method 99.7% zinc oxide.
Application: Sealed strip dense rubber and lightweight rubber products, etc., with the same usage method as traditional indirect method zinc oxide.
Packaging: Composite paper bag with plastic film bag inside, net weight 25kg, 500kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, with a shelf life of 1 year.
